The challenge
A good paper idea that could do more digitally.
Ski Bingo already existed as a paper activity used to make ski lessons more engaging. Students complete small skiing challenges as they progress through their lessons.
The idea itself did not need replacing. The opportunity was to make it easier to use during lessons, keep progress visible and give the guest something to take away from the experience.
The goal was therefore not to invent another ski-training system, but to build on something familiar.
The solution
Keep the game. Improve the experience around it.
SkiBingo turns the paper board into a mobile-friendly application. Instructors can create a player or group, choose how they want to play and mark challenges directly on a 4 × 4 board.
Players can move through several levels as their skiing improves, while completed levels lead to personalised certificates that can be viewed, exported and shared.
The application is delivered as a Progressive Web App, so it can work across phones and tablets without requiring a traditional app-store installation.
Technology does not replace the activity. It becomes a natural part of it.

The interface uses large touch targets, clear navigation and a mobile-first layout so the instructor can interact with it quickly rather than turning the lesson into screen time.
The same underlying app can also use different visual themes and branding. That means the experience can feel like part of a ski school rather than like a generic third-party game.
